Meet Erin Fitzmaurice

As a second-generation real estate agent, my interest and involvement in Real Estate began at an early age. I earned my North Carolina Real Estate license in 2018, then went on to receive superior agent training from the Nation's #1 Independent Real Estate Firm, Allen Tate REALTORS®. After several years of training and experience in several different markets, I am proud to have positioned myself as a trusted, reliable, and knowledgeable Real Estate advisor. I have coupled this experience with schooling in Building and Construction, allowing me to have a keen sense of new construction and home repair.

 

My passion lies in navigating clients from the very beginning and backing them with unwavering commitment, uncompromising integrity, and several years of experience needed to make informed real estate decisions. I am competitive with a 'get it done' kind of attitude and I work with the utmost professionalism while still having a little fun along the way. My realty experience started by assisting in the purchasing and selling of property which then expanded into working with referrals and relocation. I take pride in that past clients continue to work with me through repeat business while also referring me to their family and friends.

 

Having lived and worked in Charlotte for over a decade now, I have an intimate knowledge of the area and absolutely love calling Queen City my home. Prior to working in Real Estate, I worked for several years with a highly customer-service-centric company, The Ritz-Carlton. Their pledge was to always provide the finest personal service where the genuine care of their clients was their highest mission. The skills I learned while there have easily transferred into the way that I run my real estate business. I understand the importance of listening and anticipating my client's needs in order to provide options that best suit their goals. My clients are always in charge of the decisions; my purpose is to educate and advise in a fiduciary manner. I like to think of my clients and me as a team, each doing our part in contributing to a common end goal. I am a teammate you can count on, available for your questions and concerns, and I will be there to celebrate with you as we both cross over the finish line and beyond.

 

Outside of Real Estate contracts and negotiating home inspection repairs, you will likely find me on the tennis court participating in league play. Self-care and exercise are very important to me so I spend a lot of my free time walking in one of Charlotte's many parks or taking a nice jog in the beautiful Queen City. Were you aware Charlotte has a free Run Club every Tuesday and Saturday with hundreds of runners in attendance? One of the many things I love about our city is all the recreation and entertainment that's available to enjoy. Charlotte is bright, beautiful, active, and ever-growing. Meeting new people, making genuine connections, and assisting with real estate transactions are things I am passionate about.
