Meet Nicolette Baglio

Nicolette offers a rare blend of global perspective, urban market expertise, and elevated design sensibility in her work with Mills Coin & Co. Real Estate Group. With a focus on downtown living and sustainable development, she brings together eight years of real estate experience and a lifelong commitment to mindful living.

A graduate of Meredith College in Raleigh, Nicolette earned her degree in Business Administration with minors in Human Resources Management and Pre-Law. Her early career in the professional services sector provided a strong foundation in strategic advisory, market analysis, negotiation, and client services. Since relocating to Asheville in 2014, she expanded her impact through a hospitality development venture, partnering with boutique property owners and investors throughout Western North Carolina, Costa Rica, and Puerto Rico. Properties within Nicolette’s portfolio have been recognized by HGTV, Dwell, Southern Living, House Hunters, and more. These experiences shaped a nuanced understanding of placemaking and the power of thoughtfully designed and built spaces to foster connection and longevity.

Deeply engaged in the local community and built environment, Nicolette serves on the Legislative Committee for the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS® and as a State Political Coordinator. She is Co-Chair of the WNC Parade of Homes Committee with the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains and a member of the Board of Directors for Green Built Alliance.
