Meet Nicolette Baglio

Nicolette brings global perspective, downtown market savvy, and refined design sensibility to her role with Mills Coin & Co. Real Estate Group. Specializing in luxury, urban, and environmentally friendly construction, she combines seven years of real estate experience and a passion for living mindfully and sustainably. 

 

With a degree in Business Administration and minors in Human Resources Management and Pre-Law from Meredith College in Raleigh, Nicolette built a career in the professional services sector prior to relocating to Asheville, honing her expertise in customer service, market analysis, negotiation, and client strategy. After moving to the mountains in 2014, she launched a hospitality development venture, serving boutique property owners and investors across WNC, Costa Rica, and Puerto Rico. Her portfolio includes projects featured in HGTV, Dwell, Southern Living, House Hunters and more. 

 

Nicolette currently serves on the Affordable Housing & Legislative Committees for the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS® and the WNC Parade of Homes Committee for the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains. She previously held leadership roles with Green Built Alliance and has earned the GREEN Designation from the National Association of REALTORS®, equipping her to market and advise on high-performance real estate with ease and expertise.
